Owner Bill Bender became one of the first 100 Nissan Master Technicians in the country in 1981, and went on to open Independent Datsun (now Independent Motors) in January 1983. By August 1984 Independent Motors employed five Nissan Master Technicians, making us one of the most experienced Nissan repair shops in Colorado. We have since expanded to repairing all Asian and domestic makes and models, but we still specialize in repairing all Nissan and Infiniti vehicles. Currently we have two Nissan Master Technicians, Bill and Tony Madrigal. Tony has been working on Nissans for 37 years, which makes him one of the most experienced Nissan technicians in the metro Denver area. The transition to Infiniti was natural with all of our Nissan experience over the years.

Along with our 260 years of combined experience, we use the latest state of the art technology to diagnose and repair your Infiniti car, or SUV. We use a combination of genuine Infiniti parts, OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts and aftermarket parts to ensure that your Infiniti maintains its highest level of performance at the best cost.

Over the past 26 years we have seen the local Nissan dealership change owners 5 different times, and Boulder has never had an Infiniti dealer.
